Coach, Speaker, Rolfer, Body Wellness Expert, & Author of Radical Embodiment: A Practical Guide to Celebrating the Skin You’re In I help women get off the sidelines of their lives and step fully into their confidence, strength, and sensuality. Because I know exactly what it feels like to be stuck—watching life happen around you, feeling disconnected from your body, weighed down by self-doubt, and pretending you’ve got it all together when inside, you’re anything but. Not long ago, that was me.
I felt like there was no way out. I had no local community. I was depressed, overweight, chronically fatigued, and completely out of alignment. I’d make plans only to cancel them an hour before because I was too anxious, too drained, too insecure to show up. I was exhausted, lonely, and hiding behind a version of myself that wasn’t real. But here’s what changed everything: I discovered that the problem wasn’t me—it was how disconnected I was from my own body.
There were two things that transformed my life and my relationship with myself: I learned how to BE in my body. I stopped living from the neck up and started helping my nervous system feel safe. Safe to be present. Safe to feel. Safe to experience my own sensuality without shame or fear. This shift didn’t just feel good—it made me magnetic. It anchored me in my confidence in a way I’d never known before. I shifted my relationship with movement. Exercise stopped being something I dreaded or forced myself to do. It became a natural, joyful part of my life. Not for punishment, not to “fix” my body, but as an act of alignment and love. Movement became medicine, a way to connect with myself, to feel strong, alive, and grounded. This is the work I now do with women—because I know firsthand that when you feel disconnected from your body, everything feels harder. Your relationships. Your health. Your career. Your ability to take up space, speak your truth, or go after what you really want. My personal transformation laid the foundation for my work. I have a background in Embodiment Coaching, Rolfing Structural Integration, and the Art of Feminine Presence.
I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science from the University of Kansas and am a Certified Animal Flow Instructor. My expertise is supported by extensive training in the Awakened School Coach Certification, craniosacral work, Reclaiming the Pelvic Floor, the neuroscience behind chronic pain, functional methods from an osteopathic perspective, Reiki, breathwork training, Earth Magic Women’s Academy, Feminine Leadership Mastery, and more. Through this blend of knowledge, personal experience, and embodied wisdom, I guide women back to themselves—not just to feel confident in their skin, but to live boldly, unapologetically, and fully alive. You’re not stuck because you’re broken.
You’re stuck because you’ve been taught to believe your worth is tied to your weight, your appearance, or how “perfectly” you perform. I’m here to disrupt that narrative. My approach is holistic. It’s not just about posture, embodiment, or presence—it’s all of it. It’s about helping you feel safe in your body, strong in your life, and aligned with who you really are. When you feel secure in your body, everything shifts. You stop shrinking. You start living. Ready to get off the sidelines of your life? Let’s do this together. with love, Emily

Can Trauma Cause Chronic Illness?
Have you ever wondered, “Can trauma cause chronic illness?” “Did it cause mine?” And been relieved. Or maybe a little horrified at the idea that if it does, it might mean that it’s all in your head?
Or that your doctor (or friends or colleagues or relatives) will tell you that your – very real – symptoms are psychological?
