Erika Schlick is a nationally recognized cookbook author, blogger, and IIN Certified Health Coach. Her journey to health began in 2012 after she became chronically ill with Lyme disease, mold toxicity, heavy metals, and multiple autoimmune conditions. Over the course of five years, Erika worked towards remission through various treatments, including stem-cell therapy, and significant lifestyle and dietary changes. Formerly a licensed architect, Erika discovered her true calling in helping others heal from chronic illness and autoimmune diseases. She now shares her journey and healthy living tips on her blog, The Trail To Health. Erika lives in Los Angeles, CA, and enjoys cooking, spending time with her husband and two French Bulldogs, and traveling the world.
In addition to being a Certified Health Coach and the cookbook author of Wandering Palate, Erika is a seasoned health and biohacking expert.
